I enjoyed the NBC season the one shown on this page much more actually loved that season , and hung around for Season 2 on Fox That loses a star for me.

No episode listing on the discs either. There are two discs which have some episodes out of order, at least when comparing it to IMDB which has it listed by air date, as does Wikipedia.

The DVD case. The middle disc holder is a problem. There are seven 7 pretty wide slits that allow dirt and or fingerprints to contaminate the discs.

Not a smart move. Also it is a bit rough to get the discs out. If you watch them frequently you might have a huge problem with removal. That was a bit concerning.

The disc has the individual episodes or a play all function. Others who want those things will be disappointed.

However it is not as good as it could be though, as some older series have been restored. However, sound preferences are different to each person.

Something to keep in mind. The opening theme from this season is missing from this set. That one I definitely remember.

I thoroughly enjoyed re-living some of my childhood and watching these episodes which I remembered more about than I thought especially since it has been 30 years since it premiered.

For so long, I have recalled seeing some episodes from some seasons but never in order. And now, here it is. The very beginning.

But I found there was more to it than just the great looks of the Baywatch crew. In fact, the Baywatch crew not only grapples with the perils that come on the beach and in the deep, but also with the perils that come around on the shore.

One character, the lifeguard named Cort, seemed to come out of nowhere. As far as his introduction goes, I think they started from the wrong end.

I still liked him though. Plus, nobody means to spoil anything, but I was let down when they killed off one character. I won't tell you who or how, but it was a tragic loss All in all, this season got me ready for the rest of the series.

Baywatch has been around for a long time, however, in my opinion, the only seasons worth watching are the ones with Billy Warlock, and Erika Eleniak in them.

I believe they both were only in the first 2 or 3 seasons before moving on to other things. If you like beach scenes, and lifeguards, you will love this series.

They always had some small side plot to try and keep things different from one episode to the next, however, nobody watches Baywatch for the plots.

At least not in the first few seasons. It was great to see it again. A great product with quick delivery. I would buy from this seller again.

One person found this helpful. I really am confused over this release I had also read that season 1 is actually season 2 and that each release will contain episodes from the "real" season 1.

Once you have collected the whole series, you will have the complete season 1 and can purchase a box to put the discs in On disc 5, they have Panic at Malibu Bay don't even know where that one came from and In Deep which is the first episode from the real season 1.

If we are supposed to collect the last disc from each season to build the "real" season 1, why have other episodes on that disc as well?
