Being from foster home where kids are expendable and plenty, the strong survive, the cute are kept, the oddballs are looked over.
That suppleis the interesting premise to the backdrop of the human trafficking of organ back story, and which salso brings a healthy supply of gore.
I didn't need that but I suppose we all need to see it. The Dr. What a dark and awful place the human condition can be. But Beat is the hope for me.

The dubbing is awful. The script translation used for dubbing is equally awful. Nobody talks like the translated script in Germany. The whole series premise is ridiculous and there are no enough distractions to make it bearable to watch.
Any redeeming qualities the series pitch originally had are lost. Finally Prime some good series just paying prime membership!
Yes, the first 5 minutes the dubbed German to English bothered me a little, specially when they try to translate slang, sounds half funny half lame, but after those five minutes well, maybe ten , the story picks up and my attention was not in how they talked.
The same as captions which never bother me , the best series I've watched had captions, so I would not let any language or way to tell me a story bother me, when is a good story.
It seems weird to me that with all the updates and new technology that Amazon is trying oh! Anyway, it seems weird that the option to watch the original soundtrack isn't available.

Note: There are some sex and violence that definitely lean towards the graphic that might make some uncomfortable, so be prepared for that.
I see there was some confusion about that for some. I wholeheartedly recommend you give this a chance I obsessively watched it and now hope to see a season 2 available!
Watched this weekend and think this is a hidden gem. Such a good concept Berlin club scene and going deep into the world of it.
If you don't mind it and realize it's part of the storyline, this is one to watch. Dubbing is awful. It distracts, it's comical.
